SHIPPING
Q: How long is the handling time between when an order is placed and when it will ship?
A: Your purchase is shipped within 10 days of ordering unless notified otherwise via email. I try to get packages as soon as possible but I do travel to art shows in the US and I can be out of town when the order comes in. I do text or email the tracking number once I ship it out.
Q: What carriers and services do you offer?
A: I ship my pieces first class USPS which includes tracking. If you want insurance, you can reach out to me and I can add that for an additional charge.
Q: Do you charge a flat shipping fee?
A: Yes, I charge $5 shipping and handling per retail order. These rates do not apply for wholesale orders. Please contact me if you are purchasing more than one piece and the system charges you more than the flat rate.
Q: How is my jewelry packaged?
A: I use padded envelopes to ship most products. In some case, especially for cuffs, I ship in a small shipping box.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No. I only ship within the United States.

Q: Do I Return or Exchange a piece of jewelry?
A: I want you to LOVE your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied within 15 days of receiving your piece, let me know and I will work with you to make it right. No refunds are given, but I am happy to exchange, replace or repair any piece that doesn't meet your satisfaction. MATERIALS USED:
Q: What is the ear wire made from?
A: I create most of my ear wires from wire that is either argentium sterling silver and parawire.
ARGENTIUM STERLING WIRE: Argentium silver is a brand of modern tarnish-resistant silver alloys, containing either 93.5% or 96% silver. Argentium alloys replace some of the copper in the traditional sterling silver (92.5% silver + 7.5% copper) with the metalloid germanium. Argentium's patents refer to percentages of zinc and boron present in Argentium silver.
PARAWIRE:
The base wire is 99% pure copper, over which a tinted, flexible, baked-on coating is applied to both give the wire its color and to keep it from tarnishing. Our “Natural” color is copper with a clear coating ParaWire has the most durable coating on the market and will withstand plenty of general wear and manipulation. Please keep in mind that extended periods of direct sunlight and/or water/humidity exposure may weaken the coating and/or cause it to become faded/discolored. Be gentle and kind to your wire and it will stay beautiful for many years to come!
ARE BOTH ARGENTIUM AND PARAWIRE LEAD AND NICKEL FREE? Yes
MANUFACTURED EARWIRES:
If I purchase manufactured ear wires, I will purchase lead and nickel free items.
Q: What is the chain I use for my jewelry?
A: I purchase my chain in spools from jewelry suppliers. Most of the antique copper chains I use are brass-based with electroplating and clear coated. Free of lead, nickel, cadmium, and other irritating components.
