Please note that I don't offer refunds, but I'm more than happy to facilitate exchanges, replacements, or repairs for any piece that doesn't meet your expectations. Keep in mind that due to the handmade nature of my creations, slight variations and imperfections may occur, adding to their unique charm.

MATERIALS USED:
Q: What is the ear wire made from?
A: The majority of my ear wires are hand crafted from either argentium sterling silver or parawire. Any ear wire manufactured are lead and nickel-free.
ARGENTIUM STERLING WIRE: Argentium silver is a brand of modern tarnish-resistant silver alloys, containing either 93.5% or 96% silver. Argentium alloys replace some of the copper in the traditional sterling silver (92.5% silver + 7.5% copper) with the metalloid germanium. Argentium's patents refer to percentages of zinc and boron present in Argentium silver.
PARAWIRE: The base wire is 99% pure copper, over which a tinted, flexible, baked-on coating is applied to both give the wire its color and to keep it from tarnishing. Our “Natural” color is copper with a clear coating ParaWire has the most durable coating on the market and will withstand plenty of general wear and manipulation. Please keep in mind that extended periods of direct sunlight and/or water/humidity exposure may weaken the coating and/or cause it to become faded/discolored. Be gentle and kind to your wire and it will stay beautiful for many years to come!
ARE BOTH ARGENTIUM AND PARAWIRE LEAD AND NICKEL FREE? Yes
MANUFACTURED EARWIRES:
If I purchase manufactured ear wires, I will purchase lead and nickel free items.
Q: What is the chain I use for my jewelry?
A: I procure my chains in spools from trusted jewelry suppliers. The majority of the antique copper chains I incorporate are brass-based, featuring electroplating and a clear coating. These chains are entirely free of lead, nickel, cadmium, and other potentially irritating components.
